I am Shalvi Singh, a Mental Health Counsellor (Counselling Psychologist), Positive Psychology Practitioner, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy Practitioner, affiliated with the UGC-approved Goa University under Carmel College of Arts, Science, and Commerce. With 1.2 years of experience in Psychotherapies and Counseling Management, I am deeply committed to promoting Physical and Psychological wellness. I offer various therapy modalities tailored to clients’ needs and have published numerous articles in newspapers and blogs, covering various topics on mental health awareness across all age groups.

My professional journey underscores a dedication to continuous learning and skill development. I hold certifications and have completed internships and training with Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and have conducted field visits to mental hospitals (IPHB), NGOs, and participated in street plays and online workshops. Furthermore, I specialize in Transactional Analysis Training, Parenting Coaching, NLP techniques, and more. I integrate an Indian approach into my practice alongside my academic background in Psychology.

With years of experience and expertise, I have successfully treated many patients online and offline, addressing issues ranging from Stress and Anxiety to Depression. My expertise is complemented by academic excellence in Psychotherapy and Mental Health Management.

My journey in Mental healthcare began with rigorous training and internships in esteemed clinics, hospitals, and field visits upon completing my Master’s degree. Now, I am privileged to extend my services to the community through our esteemed offline setup in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, “The Therapy Cure,” located in Sanjay Gandhi Nagar Naubasta, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
